Combining both office and educational spaces, with the added element of heritage preservation to the internal corridors, walls, ceilings, doors and cornices, this high speed fitout was a success due to the commitment of the construction team, including consultants and trade contractors.
A feature to this fitout is the timber slat joinery ceiling extending the length of the heritage corridors. This was a requirement of the Heritage Consultant acting on behalf of Sydney City Council in order to view the cornice detailing and existing services dating back to 1934.
