New College is a design and construct seven storey postgraduate village capable of housing 319 postgraduate students at the University of New South Wales. It comes complete with basement parking, lift services, a roof terrace on the northern wing with a pergolas, disabled facilities, male and female toilets, common/ communal rooms, a central courtyard, tutor and study facilities, large glazed panels to the eastern elevation and a kiosk substation on Day Avenue.
