project description:
The NSW Lotteries Head Office consists of a three level building with a particular focus on the technological and security requirements necessary to accommodate such a facility. The building includes corporate and departmental offices, meeting and training rooms, a board room, 200 workstations, and "major prize" and "draw" rooms.
The works also included modifications to the original Stage 1 building and an extension to the original carpark and landscaping works.
