The Queenwood School for Girls project is a multi functional educational building, including a multi purpose sports court, 25m swimming and training pool and associated facilities including amenities, plant rooms, seminar rooms and teaching areas. The project consists of extensive ground works including approx 8000m3 bulk excavations, relocation and amplification of the existing sewer and stormwater system, partial demolition of the existing school facility, removal of existing asbestos sheetings, extensive underpinning of the existing structure, construction of retaining walls and refurbishment of the retained building.
