project description:
The project was a Design and Construct
residential accommodation facility for the
University of Western Sydney at both the Penrith Campus and Campbelltown Campus. The project is to house up to 195 beds at Campbelltown and 105 beds at Penrith with a variety of styles including single studios and 3-5 bedroom apartments. New common room facilities at both sites provide residents with a local social centre where they can enjoy the facilities of computers, TVs (at Penrith), pool tables and communal lounge.
