project description: The Watsons Bay Hotel project consists of two new floors and a mezzanine constructed over the exisiting hotel to provide 32 5-star suites. The kitchen and lounge bars were refurbished and new office and reception facilities constructed. All work was carried out whilst the public bar, kitchen, garden bar and beer garden were in full operation.
