Wyndham (formerly Trendwest) Sydney Suites involved the complete refurbishment of 121 serviced apartments, carried out over 15 levels.
The Lobby area was also totally refurbished in stages whilst the hotel operated. Lipman constructed and commissioned a temporary reception area prior to the works commencing to the original foyer. The staging allowed full access to the lifts to prevent any disruptions to the hotel patrons and staff.
In addition, the essential services throughout the building were upgraded with a new EWIS, sprinklers, lighting, air-conditioning upgrades with stage by stage integration taken place to ensure that the operational sections of the hotel was not compromised.
